The Anoa'i Family is a well-known and significant professional wrestling family recognized for their extensive history in the wrestling entertainment industry, particularly in WWE. The family has a long history in wrestling, producing a number of Hall-of-Famers, champions, and famous wrestlers.
Afa and Sika, who rose to prominence in the wrestling industry as "The Wild Samoans" tag team, are the originators of the Anoa'i wrestling tradition. Throughout the 1970s and 1980s, they enjoyed a great deal of success in numerous wrestling promotions.
Many of the Anoa'i family members of Afa and Sika followed in their footsteps, thus their influence was felt well into the following generation. Rikishi, Samu, Rosey, Yokozuna, and Umaga are among the names on the list; they all rose to prominence as wrestlers and left their marks on the sport.
Roman Reigns has carried on his family's tradition in recent years and grown to be one of the greatest names in wrestling.
