In the England Domestic One-Day Cup 2023, Indian cricketer Prithvi Shaw made his debut for English county team Northamptonshire, however his innings resulted in a hit-wicket dismissal. Shaw had before said that the county assignment may help him restore his confidence.
Shaw said, "I don't think now will be the proper moment to make any changes to my game. "I have already made any necessary improvements to my game. I just need to play my natural game once I get there and fix my eyes," Shaw told Cricbuzz.
The exceptional opener scored 65 Off 39 balls in an intra-squad game, and the county team published a video of it. The Delhi Capitals hitter had a terrible IPL 2023 season and was benched in the middle of the tournament.
