Arvind Kejriwal, the chief minister of Delhi, convened a meeting of all the ministries, bureaucrats, and the mayor to discuss the situation in the city caused by the nonstop rain. 13 incidences of home collapse, according to Atul Garg of the Delhi Fire Service, were recorded in the nation's capital.

  As the state continued to experience heavy rain, IMD issued red alerts for a number of Himachal Pradesh districts and orange alerts for three districts for the next 48 hours. IMD has also sent out advisories for the state's flash floods and landslides.
